Meet the team


Hey, I’m Costin and I’m Head Groomer at Animal Magic. 

I originate from Romania and moved to the UK in 2013 where I attended the Dogs Delights Academy (owned by the one and only Julie Lalou Simpson)
I have always been a great lover of dogs - I currently own 14 amazing dogs and am a fully qualified City and Guilds Level 3 Stylist.
I started competing in the UK 2015, and in 2017 I had my first Europe competition. I have now competed in more than 7 country where I placed my beautiful Fox Terriers and Poodles.
My biggest achievement to date, is becoming a member of Groom Team England for Handstripping. I now run seminars for some of the biggest platforms in Europe Groomania and Jornadas Artero.
The achievements in which I have made to date are the following - Multiple First places, Won Up an Coming Groomer 2019, Rising Star award 2019, Resev BIS The grooming Show 2016, BIS English Grooming Challenge 2017, BIS German Grooming Games 2019, BIS The Grooming Show 2020.
My dream and ambition is to become a EGA Judge and Artero Team World.

Let me introduce you to Trinity Carter.

Trinity started her journey into the dog grooming business at the age of 14 as a Saturday girl and has flourished into the groomer she is today. It was in 2016 Trinity took her 21 days intense course at Dogs delight. Passing with flying colours Trinity passed her level 3 City and Guilds and started her work with Animal Magic full time. Trinity has been working for Animal Magic for 6 years now (work experience included) and counting! And has managed to achieve many wonders within that time, she has competed in 8 grooming competitions in which she has claimed numerous prizes from! Including a some first place awards. Trinity has also worked her way towards becoming the assistant manager which is an honour. Working with dogs is a highlight in Trinity’s life as she has grown up with them, She enjoys working in the salon making sure that all our pooches are groomed to their best, highest standard as well as learning new skills and hairstyles.

Throughout the years of working here at Animal Magic Trinity has had a lot of inspiration from each and everyone one of her colleagues to help her in becoming a better groomer each day, she is very lucky to have the team that she does and wouldn’t have it any other way.

Introducing Erin Harris.

Erin is a confident young groomer who started with a years worth of work experience within Animal Magic. She grew to love the job, working with various dogs and learning new tricks every day of the preparation and styling of a dog. Intrigued to know more Erin began work at Animal Magic part time throughout 2018 where she formed amazing relationships with her colleagues and clients. Whilst working in the salon Erin also trained with the boss Costin Stoica and achieved her OCN qualifications!

2019 Erin became a full time worker here at Animal Magic and loves what it offers. Erin and her team enter as many competitions that are out there for the excitement, challenge and to learn many more skills as well as improving her own to become the best she can be.

Sophie began her grooming journey at Merrist Wood College, studying the dog grooming course. After gaining her level one qualification, she started training as a grooming assistant before working her way up to a stylist at a salon in Farnborough. After two years of experience there, she decided she wanted to improve her skills and expand her knowledge so became part of our award-winning team in May 2018.

Holly and Lori retrained and qualified in March 2019 at level 3 in the Online College Network (OCN) course at Animal Magic, following successful completion of this she started working for Animal Magic Award Winning Groomers in May 2019. Following in Costin’s footsteps both participated in their first grooming competition in January 2020 and both placed Holly first in her class and Lori third place having caught the big plans both to continue to progress and compete again in the future.
